Academic Coaching Packages

Academic coaching is not one-size-fits-all because every student has different needs. That’s why I offer packages with varying levels of support and structure, designed to meet students where they are.

Whether you’re new to coaching and want to see what support can look like, need consistent semester-long support or have to get back on track with more intensive help, there is a package to fit your needs.

The descriptions below will give you a sense of the options available, and during our consultation I’ll recommend the package that best aligns with your needs.

*Packages range from $950-$3200, as they are tailored to your needs. Installment options are available.*

  • My Intro Package is a low-commitment way for students and families to explore coaching, build initial momentum, and decide whether ongoing support feels like the right fit.

    What’s Included:

    • One 90 minute strategy session 

    • 4 weekly 1:1 coaching sessions (45 minutes)

    • 2-3 weekly accountability check-ins (via text and/or email)

    • One 45-minute family support call  (with student’s permission and participation)

  • This is my signature semester-long coaching package for students who need consistent, personalized support to manage academic responsibilities, strengthen executive function skills, and move through the semester with greater confidence and less stress.

    What’s Included:

    • One 90 minute strategy session

    • 15 weekly 1:1 coaching sessions (45 minutes)

    • Coaching folder in Google Drive that will contain all of the materials we build together in our sessions

    • Review of online grading system and update to tracking spreadsheet outside of sessions (if student grants access)

    • Unlimited accountability check-ins (via text and/or email)

    • Twice weekly body double sessions (additional available for purchase)

    • Two 45-minute family support calls (with student’s permission and participation)

  • This is an intensive, high-support coaching package for students who are already feeling behind, overwhelmed, or off track and need immediate structure, accountability, and strategic support to make meaningful progress during the remainder of the semester.

    What’s Included:

    • One 90 minute strategy session

    • 7 weekly coaching sessions (45 minutes)

    • Coaching folder in Google Drive that will contain all of the materials we build together in our sessions

    • Review of online grading system and update to tracking spreadsheet outside of sessions (if student grants access)

    • Unlimited accountability check-ins (via text and/or email)

    • Twice weekly body double sessions

    • Two 45-minute family support calls (with student’s permission and participation)

Step 2: Video consultation call

We’ll meet for 30–45 minutes so I can learn more about your goals for coaching. I’ll share my coaching approach, and together we’ll decide whether we’d be a good fit.

If it’s a clear match, I’ll recommend the package that best aligns with your needs and walk you through what that support will look like. Next we’ll find a time to meet for your 90-minute strategy session to kick things off, and a weekly standing slot that will work for both of us.
