Executive Function Coaching Packages
My executive function coaching packages reflect the wide range of needs adults bring to the table. You might need help gaining clarity and structure, or maybe you feel ready to strengthen your systems, improve consistency, or achieve sustainable progress on your goals.

A focused starting point for adults who are feeling overwhelmed, behind, or stuck and need support getting grounded. Together, we’ll begin untangling what is not working, identify immediate priorities, and create a clearer path forward.
What’s Included:
One 90 minute strategy session
Four 45-minute coaching sessions held over 4-5 weeks
1-2 accountability check-ins between sessions
1 body double session
Additional body doubles available for $25 per session

For adults who want to create more consistency and structure in their day-to-day lives but are unsure how. This package allows us to start putting supportive systems in place and troubleshoot what gets in the way so the necessary adjustments can be made to achieve desirable results.
What’s Included:
One 90 minute strategy session
Seven 45-minute coaching sessions held over 2-3 months
Coaching folder in Google Drive that will contain all of the materials we build together in our sessions; go-to source will be your coaching hub, which contains your tools/strategies tracking sheet
2-3 accountability check-ins between sessions
2 body double sessions per month
Additional body doubles available for $25 per session

My most comprehensive package for adults who want to strengthen their executive function skills, create sustainable routines, and make meaningful progress that will stand the test of time. This package will allow us reinforce what is already in place, and keep the momentum going.
What’s Included:
Twelve 45-minute coaching sessions held over 3-4 months
Coaching folder in Google Drive that will contain all of the materials we build together in our sessions; go-to source will be your coaching hub, which contains your tools/strategies tracking sheet
Unlimited accountability check-ins between sessions
1 body double per week
Additional body doubles available for $25 per session

This package is for clients who have a solid foundation and want ongoing touchstone support to stay on track. These sessions are designed to help you maintain the progress you’ve made, navigate new challenges as they arise, and reconnect with the systems that support you best. This package is only available to clients who have already worked with me for a minimum of 6 months.
What’s Included:
Four 60-minute coaching sessions to be used within a 6-month period
Unlimited accountability support during the week we meet for coaching
Four body double sessions to be used at any time before your package expires

Step 2: Video consultation call
We’ll meet for 30–45 minutes so I can learn more about your specific challenges and your goals for coaching. I’ll share my coaching approach, and together we’ll decide whether we’d be a good fit.
If it’s a clear match, I’ll recommend the package that best aligns with your needs and walk you through what that support will look like. Next we’ll find a time to meet for your 90-minute strategy session to kick things off, and a weekly standing slot that will work for both of us.
Step 3: Make it official!
After establishing mutual availability, I’ll send you the onboarding paperwork and credit card authorization form from Square to finalize the logistics so we can get started!
