Weekly Sessions
Weekly sessions are recommended if you are new to coaching or haven’t worked with a coach in more than a year. Developing new habits can be hard - having someone to provide you with ongoing support makes it easier. If, after the first few sessions, it becomes evident that making significant progress would require more time together, twice weekly sessions may be recommended. This fee includes accountability check-ins each week.

Biweekly Sessions (Twice Weekly)
Biweekly sessions are best if you need extra support establishing habits/routines or if you’re a student and need help with both planning and improving your academic skills (study skills, reading strategies, test-taking strategies, note-taking skills, etc.). This fee includes accountability check-ins between sessions.
45 mins | Twice weekly | $100 per session
As-Needed Sessions
As-needed sessions are most appropriate if you’ve already developed reliable systems to manage your work, but you need some fine-tuning or support with follow-through. They are also a good choice if you need help working through a difficult situation that is temporary or related to an isolated incident.
60 mins | As-needed | $150
Body Double Sessions
Power through your to-do list with body double sessions! Body doubles offer focused work time where we meet virtually to tackle our personal tasks side-by-side. Whether you need help getting started, staying focused, or actually finishing what you’ve been putting off, the built-in accountability and shared presence is a powerful way to boost productivity and follow through on your goals. You will accrue one complimentary session for every two coaching sessions (credit expires monthly), but you are also welcome to book extra sessions anytime for just $25/hour if you want to keep the momentum going.

Family Support Session
If you are a parent/guardian or a spouse/partner of a coaching client, and you’d like to meet as a group to discuss your family member’s goals, progress, or stuck points, you are encouraged to book a family support session. You may choose between the standard 30-minute session or an extended session for 45 minutes if there is more you’d like to cover.
